workshops for communities in Columbia
During volunteering in the Nariño region in South Columbia, we interfered with the space and people through our bodies and created a common dance space. It was an incredibly rich experience to offer workshops for 3 different communities and share my movement tools with them. I had an opportunity to share practice with people from TULPA, an organization of local farmers and women circle, social initiative. As we were spending time and living there for two weeks, I could experience their daily activities. Therefore, my movement proposal was based on what kind of movements might be supportive for the activities they do every day. But also I had an opportunity to give and take a workshop in the Cultural center in Pasto. There our moves were focusing on body expression and sharing different ways of creativity in dance. Next, I joined Jonathan Ramirer who was sharing dance practices from different communities around South America. Many thanks for all who made that experiences possible <3

Sometimes I move less, sometimes more random. And then I realize that it's not a plan that makes the work valuable for me, but the moment of it's manifestation. In my movement practice, I am using the diverse ways to explore movement trajectory and improvisation environments. Observing the change and abilities of my body in different sceneries.
Some of those processes I am documenting with a video.
My lungs are full of improv.

Stopgap dance company;
Dance and Choreography Trainee
For a half year I joined Stopgap in 2022 as a dance and choreography trainee to expand her dance knowledge and management practice.
During the time of my internship I was supporting regular youth company classes researching inclusive practices and observing how to work in diverse dance company. I got also an opportunity to join a Seedbed course to improve my inclusive dance practice.
In my words: I was exploring the diversity as a powerful tool to work with but also questioning every decision and step it takes within.

“Post-Dervish Chant” is a transdisciplinary performance situated as a contemporary research of traditional 𝗦𝘂𝗳𝗶 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗗𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗼𝗱𝘀. These ancient methods are deconstructed as contemporary discussions of the concept of 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, and its´ contextual translations into performance pedagogies of Feminist New Materialisms.

Audible Mind is a choreography of what can only be grasped spiritually.
Dance is not only perceived with the eyes, but can also be grasped with all of our senses and forms in our subjective selves into an individually different object of contemplation.
This intelligible object of our imagination, the actual art object, arises with the moment of perception and is maintained by this. No work of art is ever completed, but rather through the subjective perception and observation of it, constantly changing. Thus, art, subjectively, is always only defined by the recipients themselves.
“Audible Mind” plays with the auditory output of dance and mainly uses it to consciously guide the unconscious in the audience.
