teaching is the best way to expand your knowledge through sharing it with the others

STW
season opening workshop

The workshop is directed for those who are curious about movement, regardless of motor or fitness background. I am an absolute fan of improvisation on which I base my artistic and pedagogical practice, so I propose to explore this space together. There will be a bit of everything dance technique. empowerment and body awareness, creativity and a sense of group. There will be a lot of imagining, feeling and moving.

Not specific enough? If any of these words: movement, dance rhythm, space; arouse your curiosity, I invite you, we will see what our time together will bring.
My offer: masses of energy and movement, creative working tools and body-mind coordination.

What I offer: wickets to use,

what I expect: a willingness to act.

body space transit

performance & movement workshop series

The workshop purposes to create a space for performative exploration. Each session will be an opportunity for a personal search of the in&out - side body-mind-space. The classes will combine movement and theatrical tasks to enhance the strength of performative choices. Each sessions will explore body consciousness, to bring the attention to the essential motor actions and let the intuitive body come to manifest its movement. It is an offer to join the process of space creation rich in observation, listening and sharing the physical presence. We will research the potential of the movement given by different spaces.

The workshop is dedicated to people who are curious about their dormant performative potential, and/or want to strengthen their presence in daily or performance situations. People from all professional backgrounds are welcome to join this explorative adventure.
